Day 1 Saturday: Boarding
Your privately arranged journey to Waren. There is a long term car park in the vicinity should you arrive by car. You may board the vessel from 16.00 onwards. Bikes will be distributed amongst the guests and there is the opportunity for a short cycle tour or a stroll through the old town.
Once you have settled into your cabin, we should like to welcome you on board with a cocktail in the saloon after which dinner will be served.
 
2nd Day Sunday Waren - Malchow ca. 30 km/20m
Morning departure on board sailing from Waren to Müritz then over five lakes to Malchow on the Plauer lake where you can see the monastery church and revolving bridge.
Lunch on board followed by a bike tour along the Petersdorfer and Plauer lakes to Alt Schwerin and Sparow. We shall return to Malchow where the ship will berth overnight.
 
3rd Day Monday Damerower Werder - Jabel - Waren ca. 35 km/22m
The bike tour continues along the banks of the Kölpin lake through to the Damerower Werder peninsular which is a haven for water fowl. We visit the historic town of Jabel ,followed by tour across the Schwinzer heathlands and round the Loppinsee. We rejoin the ship in Waren for lunch.
In the afternoon - there is a choice between a bike tour around Tiefenwarensee lake( an area of outstanding natural beauty) or you may prefer to take a sightseeing trip around Waren itself.
 
4th Day Tuesday Röbel / Diemitzer Locks ca. 30km/20m
The morning kicks off with a bike tour along the western bank of the Müritz to the Klink castle and then on to Fischerdorf Sietow where the ship will be waiting for you with lunch.
Back on the bikes for a short ride to the former border town of Bistums Schwerin with its two impressive churches. We rejoin the ship for a cruise over the southern part of the Müritz and Havel waterway, hopping from lake to lake until we reach the locks at Diemitz. We shall overnight in this area of unspoilt natural beauty.
 
5th Day Wednesday Rheinsberger Seenplatte / Kleinzerlang ca. 50 km/32m
A bike tour from the Diemitzer Locks to Rheinsberg. We shall be biking along forest tracks, bike paths and quiet country lanes for approx 30km/20m. Once in Rheinsberg - you may view the castle and park. A day in the foot steps of Fontanes and Tucholsky.
Later you may choose to either return to the ship in Kleinzerlang ( c.10km) or you can bike on to the Stechlin lake via Neuglobsow through forest and heathland . The paths are mostly sand and cobblestones. The tour (of approx 20km) ends in Kleinzerlang where the ship will be waiting for you. In the evening -weather permitting - there will be a barbecue on board.
 
6th Day Thursday Kleinzerlang / Rechlin ca. 35 km/22m
The bike tour continues along many small lakes through sleepy villages and quiet countryside. We visit the mill at Fleether, then on to Mirow with its palace complex. After a well earned rest - we continue on via Lärz ( which has an airport) to Rechlin at the southern end of the Müritz
 
7th Day Friday Müritz National Park ca. 35km
A day in the heart of nature! Today's tour takes us from the berth to Gutsdorf Boek , entrance to Müritz national Park. A unique opportunity to explore the rare fauna and flora of this area. With luck - you may see breeding Ospreys and depending on the time of year also wild geese, cormorants ,otters and cranes. In Federow there is a video facility to view breeding Ospreys in the nest. During the afternoon , we reach our last port of call Waren on the Muritz, where we welcome you to a farewell Buffet on board.
 
8th Day Saturday Departure
After breakfast, you may disembark and proceed with your onward journey.
 
General Information:
On many of the day tours, we are now able to offer our guests a new option. If you would prefer a quiet relaxing afternoon, you may board the ship again at lunchtime - for a light lunch underway and then remain onboard for the afternoon. It is possible to stop at one of the many bathing beaches.
For our more active guests, there is a good supply of local maps and guidebooks. The ships crew and the tour leader are always open to suggest alternative outings depending on the weather.

On the upper deck is a large Saloon/Bar with panorama windows .There is also a Sun deck outside. All the cabins are approx 8 sq m in size and are equipped with 2 beds ,cupboards, air-conditioning , 220 v electrical socket, ensuite shower ,toilet and basin.
