April 10, 2003, Colorado Springs, CO. Take a flight of fancy across England and Scotland with Beyond Boundaries Travel's Myths & Legends Witchcraft & Wizardry Tour. Available June 13 - 20, with an extension June 20 - 22, 2003, this excursion is inspired by modern-day wizards as well as those of long ago.

Space is still available on this tour; however, bookings need to be made right away to ensure that you will not miss out on this one-of-a-kind adventure.

This unique itinerary is offered only by Beyond Boundaries Travel. It features a fantasy week of fun traveling throughout the UK, creating potions, learning to fight dragons, enjoying a 10th century Viking feast, and indulging in a medieval banquet resembling one at a School of Witchcraft and Wizardry! Trip prices are $2,149 for adults and $1,749 for children 12 and under.

The extension prices are $599 for adults and $399 for children 12 and under. A celebration of the release of the long-awaited fifth Harry Potter book, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, the tour extension takes guests to Airth Castle, built in the 15th century, complete with a June 21st special delivery of the new book. Be one of the first people to read the book in the land where it was created. A special dinner has been arranged for the last evening in a private room with an extra place laid - just in case!

Guests participate in many wizarding activities as they learn about British culture, history, and literature. Some highlights include a Potions class at the Edinburgh vaults; fencing, archery, and falconry instruction along with storytellers on hand with tales of King Arthur and other legends; and a ride on the North York Moore Railway (Hogwarts Express). There will be an "inklings" meeting in Oxford where actors take part as J. R.R. Tolkien, C. S. Lewis, and T. S. Elliot and re-create a reading of "The Lord of the Rings," and "The Hobbit." Complete with critiques of and insults about each other's work!

At one point guests are "sorted" into different "houses" (teams) and then go on a Magical Mystery Treasure Hunt. Treasures are hidden in various shops, but also in a number of attractions. "Harry Potter" style clues will be found or given to them. The hunt also includes sites used for filming. A picnic lunch is planned at Alnwick Castle, also used in the filming of the movies. Guests will have the opportunity to explore Edinburgh where a group of storytellers will bring Scotland's legends to life.
